Effective August 29, 2026
Mona HQ is a private family coordination application operated through Redline Creates. By using Mona HQ, an authorized user agrees to use the application only for lawful family coordination and household-management purposes.
Authorized access
Mona HQ is not a public service. Access is limited to people authorized by the application's administrators. Users must not attempt to bypass access controls or access information they are not permitted to view.
SMS program
Users may voluntarily opt in to receive Mona HQ task reminders and notifications by text message. SMS is not enabled automatically. Users select their own reminder timing and notification preferences. Message frequency varies based on the reminders a user chooses. Message and data rates may apply.
Users may reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages and HELP for help. Users can also disable SMS notifications in their Mona HQ notification settings. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using Mona HQ.
Message content
Messages may include task names, due dates or times, and brief reminder information entered into Mona HQ. Users should avoid placing highly sensitive information into task titles intended for SMS delivery.
Availability
Mona HQ is provided for family coordination and may be changed, interrupted, or unavailable from time to time. SMS delivery timing can also depend on telecommunications providers and is not guaranteed.
Acceptable use
Users may not use Mona HQ or its messaging features for spam, unsolicited marketing, harassment, illegal activity, or messaging people who have not opted in.
Changes
These terms may be updated as Mona HQ changes. Continued use after an update means the user accepts the revised terms.
