Mona HQ is a private family coordination application operated through Redline Creates. It is used by authorized family members to organize tasks, household information, expenses, documents, and optional reminders.
Information we collect
For authorized users, Mona HQ may store a name, login email address, mobile phone number, role, notification preferences, task activity, and other information the user or family administrators enter into the private application.
SMS reminders
Text messaging is optional. A user must provide a mobile number and explicitly enable SMS notifications inside Mona HQ. Users choose their own task reminders and timing. Message frequency varies based on the reminders selected. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS messages or HELP for help.
How information is used
Information is used only to operate Mona HQ, provide requested reminders and notifications, maintain application security, and support the private family coordination features of the application.
No sale of personal information or SMS consent
Mona HQ and Redline Creates do not sell, rent, or share mobile numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is shared only with service providers necessary to deliver requested messages, such as telecommunications providers.
Service providers
Mona HQ uses service providers such as Cloudflare for application hosting/security and Twilio for delivery of SMS messages. Those providers process limited information as needed to provide their services.
Data access and retention
Access to Mona HQ is restricted to authorized users. Information is retained as needed for the application's family coordination purposes and may be corrected or removed by an authorized administrator when appropriate.
Your choices
Users can disable SMS notifications within Mona HQ at any time and may also reply STOP to a text message. Disabling SMS does not prevent use of the rest of the application.
